$4.3 Million Project / 48,000 Square Feet
The Project is a Historical Landmark by the National Park Service; includes a partial interior and exterior demolition as well as reconstruction to include all underground utilities and 4th floor addition. The project consists of 58 apartments and commercial space. Site upgrades to include storm and domestic utilities, offsite parking, lighting, paving, landscaping and, reworking historical district granite curbs and sidewalks.

Historical Building Tenant Upfit that consisted of interior demolition, reworking interior maple flooring, installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing, installing cable and network infrastructure, framing and completion of office spaces, training room, conference rooms and kitchen area.

Project included demolition, reconstruction of 3 apartment buildings. Units were completely rehabilitated to HUD / VHDA specifications to include new cabinetry addition of energy efficient appliances, complete upgrade of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Included complete electrical and mechanical upgrades, installation of quarry tile and installation of new kitchen equipment. Cosmetic upgrade to include new painting, wall vinyl and furniture. Installed new access areas and ramps for handicap (ADA).

Project details included a complete renovation of 342 guest rooms, 8 suites, 22 meeting rooms, 5 ball rooms, restaurant, 3 lounges, offices, gift shop and public spaces. External renovations included construction of portico-chere, pool enclosure and outside dining facility, new roofing, installation of commercial doors and windows, siding replacement, stucco, caulking, painting, concrete walk replacement, concrete resurfacing. Complete mechanical and electrical replacement to include installation of new heating and cooling system (Whalen systems), installation of new cooling tower, plumbing upgrades and upgraded fire safety systems.
